Set within a quiet residential street in the popular seaside town of Colwyn Bay, Bryn Woodlands House provides a relaxing home-from-home for all guests. Our beautiful period house has recently undergone a programme of redecoration and enjoys lovely views of nearby gardens.

Outside, there is a private car park and a roof terrace with seating area, ideal for enjoying balmy evenings. Inside, guests can enjoy a drink in our cosy licensed bar, plus we have a separate comfortable lounge – perfect for curling up with a book after a busy day spent sightseeing.

Despite its peaceful location, Bryn Woodlands House is just a couple of minutes walk from the hub of Colwyn Bay town centre, with shops, railway station, theatre and restaurants. Within easy walking distance is the beach, while top tourist attractions, like Conwy Castle, the Victorian resort of Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Eirias Park are all just a short drive away.

We are also a popular venue to host private functions and funeral teas – our dining room seats up to 40 people.
